The process is simple and respectful. No pressure - just honest conversation.
Fill out a short application (2-3 minutes). We review every submission personally.
We call or text within 24 hours to answer your questions, confirm fit, and go over expectations.
Visit in person (or virtually) to see the space, meet the house, and ask anything on your mind.
Sign your agreements, pay your deposit, and get settled. We walk you through everything at orientation.

You'll follow a weekly schedule with house meetings, chore rotations, curfew, and quiet hours. The goal is to reduce chaos and build consistency. Everyone is held to the same standard.
This is a sober living environment. No drugs, alcohol, or substances on the property. We maintain a calm, respectful atmosphere for everyone. Violations are handled through a written enforcement process.

Standard pricing is $1,000/month with a $1,000 deposit. All fees are disclosed in writing before you sign anything. No hidden charges. Payment plans may be available - just ask.
A furnished bed in a shared home, utilities (water, power, trash), Wi-Fi, basic house supplies, weekly meetings, and access to workshops and peer support.
Overcomers is peer-based supportive housing - not a medical, therapeutic, or detox program. If you need clinical care, we help connect you to licensed providers.
