Impact

What stability looks like — and how we measure progress.

What we focus on

Impact isn't just about numbers. It's about real, tangible stability: safe housing, consistent routines, employment, and follow-through. We track progress without sharing anyone's private information.

1

Stable housing

Residents have a clean, sober, structured place to live while they rebuild. Many stay 3–12 months, building habits that last.

4

Employment progress

We help residents with job search, resumes, and connecting to local employers — including opportunities through Lumpia Bros Cafe.

2

Life skills & routines

Weekly workshops cover budgeting, time management, paperwork, and adulting basics. Small group format, step-by-step approach.

3

Community connections

Residents build positive relationships, attend recovery meetings, and develop a support network that continues after they move on.

Accountability

Weekly house meetings, goal-setting, and check-ins create structure. Residents track milestones and celebrate progress together.

Referral partnerships

We work with case managers, treatment centers, and community organizations to ensure continuity of care and support.

How you can help

Every bit of support helps keep beds available, supplies stocked, and programming running.

We do not share personally identifiable information about residents publicly. All reporting is anonymized.
